Terms & Conditions – 888 Poker Malaysia

1Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a binding agreement between you ("User" or "Member") and 888 poker ("the Company", "we", "the platform"). This agreement governs your use of all services offered through the 888 poker website and mobile application.

2Member Eligibility

3Account Registration

4Deposit & Payment Methods

7Betting Rules

All bets placed on the platform 888 poker is considered final once confirmed by the system. You are solely responsible for ensuring that all bet details are accurate before confirmation.

• Odds displayed are current and subject to change until the bet is confirmed
• The minimum single bet is RM2; the maximum varies depending on the sport and market
• Parlay (Accumulator) bets require a minimum of 2 selections and a maximum of 20 selections
• Live (in-play) betting is subject to a short delay of a few seconds for odds verification
• Any bet suspected of involving match manipulation will be voided
• Obvious odds errors (e.g. odds of 100.00 for a team that should be 1.50) are invalid and any related bets may be voided

For football betting, the official recognised result is the score after 90 minutes of play plus injury time. Extra time and penalties are only counted for markets specifically stated. Matches postponed more than 12 hours from the original schedule will be considered void.

8Account Closure & Suspension

888 poker reserves the right to suspend or close any member account with or without prior notice for reasons including:

• Detection of duplicate memberships or attempts to create additional accounts
• Providing false information during registration or the KYC process
• Attempts at fraud, money laundering, or any other illegal activity
• Violation of any terms in this document
• Self-exclusion request by a member for responsible gaming reasons

Members may also close their own account at any time by contacting the support team 888 poker. Any valid account balance will be returned once all conditions are met and the review is complete. The balance refund period is typically within 3–5 business days.

9Prohibited Conduct

The following are strictly prohibited on the platform 888 poker:

• Use of automated software (bots), scripts, or third-party tools to manipulate bets
• Collusion between players to exploit the system or promotional bonuses
• Structured betting (structuring) intended to conceal the source of funds
• Use of a VPN or proxy to conceal your actual location
